Not worth it As a former student at this university, I thought I would share my experience. The building itself is nothing special, and no special equipment is provided (speaking for my department only). There is a significant emphasis and investment put into the bachelor's program, but the exact opposite goes for the master's. There are no student-friendly spaces to sit and chill between classes; hallways are all you have. The library has been under construction, so you don't have a proper place to borrow books and study. You must be a member of the European Union to be eligible for scholarships from the university, or you must study self-funded, which means every fee is triple for you. Now, about the program itself: some university professors are helpful and understanding. Some have too much absent sessions without rescheduling. Make sure to ask questions and get the most out of what you're looking for, otherwise, you will realize that some classes will simply add nothing to your education. Invest most of your time and energy in connecting with people outside the university, otherwise, you will end up with nothing. Plus, do hold on to your motivation to continue arts after the program, for dear life! And last but not least, beware of student favoritism! Edit: forgot to mention that they do not provide mental health services for students. And the career counselor was not useful for me personally, as they only did the bare minimum. I would NOT recommend to a friend. |
