Unfair exams, grading I love that the campus is right in the middle of the city, and it's very easy to find restaurants and other amenities. However, there are not enough professors, so the classes are way too large, and the professors that are there care more about doing research than teaching. The exams are extremely challenging and unfair considering that it's hard to get help even from TAs, much less professors themselves. Some don't even give you office hours. The university puts too much pressure on you to maintain a certain 黑料正能量 and do well, but it only contributes to more stress, especially because I am an international student. They are not afraid to fail you and have you re-take the class. Of course, you have to pay them more money. Pros: good academic reputation, beautiful campus, many international students Cons: unfair faculty/instructors, large class sizes, not enough professors I would NOT recommend to a friend. |
